Five steps, no surprises.
The same process for every project — whether it's a single wardrobe or a full kitchen.

Consultation
We meet on site or call. You walk us through the space, the brief and the budget. We listen, take measurements, take photos and ask the questions that catch issues before they cost money.
Typically 45–60 minutes. No charge.

Design
Detailed drawings — plans, elevations, joinery details — and material samples. We iterate until the design is exactly what you want, before any timber is cut.
1–2 weeks for most projects.
- 03
Estimate
A clear, itemised written estimate covering labour, materials and VAT. No tricks, no chasing additions — what you sign is what you pay.
Sent within 48 hours of design sign-off.
- 04
Build
Workshop fabrication for most pieces, with on-site work where it makes sense. Regular photo updates so you know exactly where we are.
1–10 weeks depending on scope.
- 05
Installation
Clean, careful install — floors protected, dust contained. Final walk-through with you in person, signed off only when you're happy.
Site left immaculate.
